    I loved the one about trying not to be a not-for-profit – I shall memorise that phrase and trot it out everytime someone thinks that good old Gillian will review a biz plan free of charge, or do a market study free of charge. Even offering payment that’s way below what your knowledge is worth is like being treated as a not-for-profit.
